Rylander & Associates PC is pleased to announce that on this date Rylander & Associates PC filed a notice of appeal on behalf of its client to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in the case titled Zynex Medical, Inc. v. Coyote Stone, LLC.  The case involves novel unresolved issues related to the Federal Arbitration Act and third party discovery.

Rylander & Associates PC is pleased to announce that on this date Kurt Rylander, the managing attorney, was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  The Tenth Circuit, one step below the Supreme Court of the United States, handles Federal appeals from the districts covering: Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming, and those parts of Yellowstone National Park that extend into Idaho and Montana.

Friday, October 26th, 2018 | 9.28.2018 Rylander & Associates successfully defended a suit against its client, and secured an award of attorneys fees

September 28, 2018.  Rylander & Associates successfully defended its client TestudoData LLC in a suit brought against it by iMerge Advisors, Inc.  After receiving judgment in favor of TestudoData LLC on all claims brought by iMerge Advisors, Inc., the Court granted attorneys fees and costs in favor of TestudoData in excess of $156,000.00.

WSU Vancouver’s College of Business has again invited Kurt Rylander to lecture on Negotiation and the Law.  Mr. Rylander has given the annual lecture for the last 10 years and is always excited to instruct, work with, and listen to a new generation of business people.  The lecture is given as part of Professor Thomas Tripp‘s class on Negotiation.  The lecture is scheduled for March 24, 2015.
