The lawsuit alleges that the City of Anna, Texas Police Department infringes the ‘188 Patent through its use of the Guardian Alliance Technologies investigation software platform.

September 28, 2018.  Rylander & Associates successfully defended its client TestudoData LLC in a suit brought against it by iMerge Advisors, Inc.  After receiving judgment in favor of TestudoData LLC on all claims brought by iMerge Advisors, Inc., the Court granted attorneys fees and costs in favor of TestudoData in excess of $156,000.00.
