September 28, 2018. Rylander & Associates successfully defended its client TestudoData LLC in a suit brought against it by iMerge Advisors, Inc. After receiving judgment in favor of TestudoData LLC on all claims brought by iMerge Advisors, Inc., the Court granted attorneys fees and costs in favor of TestudoData in excess of $156,000.00.

October 9, 2018. Rylander & Associates PC filed a federal complaint on behalf of Miller Mendel, Inc. against Oklahoma City in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma alleging infringement of U.S. Patent 10,043,188 B2 (the ‘188 Patent) for a “Background Investigation Management Service”. The lawsuit alleges that Oklahoma City infringes the ‘188 Patent through its use of the Guardian Alliance Technologies investigation software platform.
