A great crowd of entrepreneurs, investors and service professionals crowded the Artillery Barracks at the Fort Vancouver Historic Reserve to hear Kurt Rylander speak on intellectual property issues on behalf of the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council (SWWDC) PubTalk. Kurt discussed intellectual property issues facing start up and emerging growth businesses, including important points on the new America Invents Act which was passed by Congress on September 16, 2011.
